After more than 20 years in the luxury spa industry, Tamika Miller founded Cuticles Spa Consulting & Training to empower the next generation of spa owners and nail practitioners. Over the years, she has had the privilege of mentoring aspiring spa owners and professionals, guiding them through advanced techniques and instilling the value of exceptional customer service. Many are now spa owners running their own five-star spa businesses. Additionally, she has collaborated with cosmetology schools and institutes to develop comprehensive training programs that focus on the latest trends, techniques, and industry standards. By providing this mentorship and education, she seeks to ensure that the spa industry continues to thrive with skilled and knowledgeable professionals.

Founded and managed a top-tier nail spa in the Oakland Hills, including team curation, advanced manicurist training, ambiance creation, staff oversight, inventory management, customer relations, and financial supervision for exceptional client experience and successful business operation.
Developed the Clean by Cuticles product line, including the notable Crush Body & Hand Scrub, by merging extensive industry expertise, scientific insights, and standard development processes.
Established strategic partnerships to expand business and deliver premium spa services to prominent clients and renowned brands, including Amazon, Apple, and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts.
Tamika’s vast industry knowledge is unparalleled. She's sought after for consultation on hiring, training, product knowledge, and compliance. In 2023, she was appointed to the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology by Governor Gavin Newsom.
